Exploring the experience of a resident physician in an interview-based video.
The Professional Association of Resident Physicians of Alberta (PARA) advocates for the rights an wellbeing of resident physicians who are training in Alberta, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive in their careers. Maven worked with PARA to create a series of "day in the life" videos, in which various physicians provide a look into their current residency through interviews and b-roll footage. The resulting videos showcase the challenges, opportunities, and sources of growth that come with a residency, allowing PARA members to communicate their personal experiences and insights.
