Recognizing the different amazing ways to grow their brand on social media, Qualico Communities reached out to us for help with their paid social media campaigns. Qualico’s goal was to use social media as an avenue for capturing leads and selling homes in all their master-planned communities. We knew that social media ads were the perfect way to spread the word about the brand while simultaneously making new connections.

One-of-a-kind ads for one-of-a-kind communities

Our team got to work on this project with the aim of communicating Qualico’s product offerings in a creative yet concise manner.  With the brand’s family-oriented nature in mind, we developed new ads on a monthly basis which featured visuals of the unique suburban lifestyle offered by each community. This was accompanied by ad copy which focused on highlighting each community’s one-of-a-kind amenities and offerings.

To ensure success, we continually ran A & B tests on a variety of ad styles and formats, as well as targeting techniques. We also used pixels and email lookalike audience lists to optimize targeting even further.

Piqued interests bring peaks in business

Our work for Qualico resulted in increased interest in the brand and their communities. Combined organic and paid social media management for Qualico accounted for roughly 32% of average monthly website traffic and over 230 new email registrations per month.
