Specializing in new home construction, Morrison has been providing everything from front garage to duplex homes for Albertans since 1961. Morrison Homes approached us in 2018 to help rejuvenate their social media – focusing on increasing engagement and establishing a fresh way of communicating the brand’s unique identity and offerings.
Using their jaw dropping homes and exceptional customer service as inspiration, we created social media content that relied heavily on visuals and sharing original content. Our goal was to accompany customers through every stage of the home building process.
Keeping Morrison’s “customer first” approach in mind, we created original content which addressed customer needs on a weekly basis. From giving expert advice about mortgage pre-approvals to providing interior design inspiration, we covered a wide array of topics further establishing Morrison as a home expert. You can’t sell homes without showing your customers what you’ve got - so, we relied heavily on graphics, VR tours and lifestyle shots to give consumers a feel of what living in a Morrison home is like.
In just five months, we saw an increase in the audience’s interest in Morrison, and this has translated to increased showhome traffic. Morrison has also seen a spike in online engagement levels, ending December 2018 with an average engagement rate of 5%.
Now more established as a source of reliable home management information and a builder of one of a kind homes, Morrison’s social media platforms have attracted homebuyers and design enthusiasts alike resulting in a steady increase of followers.
